Need the work done, not just fixed?

Some operational work doesn’t need another system—it needs someone to own it. Our Back Office Team can step in to handle recurring functions and ongoing operational work, so the systems we build actually keep moving.

Questions

What founders ask before they commit.

What does “1, 2 or 3 in play” mean?
It’s how many Ops projects we have actively in production for you at one time. Your list can be as long as you want. Requests are unlimited. The plan sets the pace we work through it, not how much you’re allowed to ask for.
How long does a typical Ops project take?
Most land inside a month. A single automation or SOP can be days; a reporting build or CRM rebuild runs longer. You see the stage (Scoping, Building, Testing, Client Review) the whole way through.
Why a 6- or 12-month commitment?
Because operational improvement compounds. Month one builds your Scoreboard and your list; every month after builds on the one before. A 30-day engagement would mean starting over right as the work gets valuable.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down a pace tier at any renewal point. If your list is longer than your pace, we’ll say so rather than quietly falling behind.
How do we get started?
Book a 25-minute call. Bring your list. No application, no discovery deck.
