What this website is

This website is a marketing and lead-generation site for Stone Strategies, an operations consulting business. It includes free, self-serve tools (a revenue calculator and a self-assessment), a demo of a separate CEO Scoreboard product, and a way to book an introductory call. It does not itself sell or deliver Stone Strategies’ consulting services — any actual engagement is a separate agreement between you and Stone Strategies.

Not professional advice

The Founder Math calculator, the Business Scorecard, and its optional AI-generated “Stone Analysis” summary are provided for general informational purposes only. They are based on the numbers and answers you provide, use general assumptions, and are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, accounting, or business advice tailored to your specific situation. Decisions you make based on these tools are your own.

Who can use this site

This site is intended for business owners and professionals evaluating operations consulting services, and is not directed to children under 13.

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent information through any form.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the site or its underlying systems.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could disable, damage, or impair it.

Intellectual property

The Stone Strategies name, the Stonework, Business Scorecard, Founder Math, and Stepping Stones names, and the design and content of this site, belong to Stone Strategies. You may not reproduce or repurpose them without our permission.

Third-party services

Booking a call, viewing the CEO Scoreboard demo, and our social media links all involve third-party services (GoHighLevel, a separately hosted CEO Scoreboard application, and social platforms) governed by their own terms, which we don’t control.

No warranty

This site and its free tools are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using our free tools will produce any particular business result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone Strategies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its free tools.
