Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: what you submit directly, what our free tools calculate, and what our analytics tools observe automatically.

Information you submit

Depending on which form you use, we ask for some or all of the following:

• Email address — every form on this site (the CEO Scoreboard demo gate, the Founder Math and Business Scorecard tools, our waitlists, and our newsletter).
• First name and business/company name — the Founder Math and Business Scorecard tools.
• Industry and primary business challenge (optional) — the Business Scorecard tool only.

Assessment and calculator responses

The Business Scorecard’s 30 questions and the Founder Math calculator’s inputs are used in your browser to calculate your results. When you unlock your results, we send only your aggregate scores to our systems — your overall score, your stage, and your score for each of the six Stepping Stones (and, for Founder Math, nothing beyond your contact details). We do not send your individual, question-by-question answers anywhere, and we do not store them in a database — they exist only in your browser and in the one request that calculates your results.

Information collected automatically

This site has the following analytics and advertising technologies installed, and may use one or more of them depending on configuration: Google Analytics 4, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag. When active, these tools collect standard web-analytics information — pages viewed, general device/browser information, and similar usage data — and may set their own cookies or similar identifiers, governed by each provider’s own privacy policy (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

We also use your browser’s local storage to remember, for 90 days, that you’ve already unlocked the CEO Scoreboard demo — so you aren’t asked for your email again on a return visit. This is stored only on your device and isn’t linked to any account.

How we use your information

• To provide the free tool or result you requested (Founder Math, Business Scorecard, the CEO Scoreboard demo).
• To follow up with you about Stone Strategies’ services if you’ve given us your contact details.
• To send the “Written in Stone” newsletter, if you’ve signed up for it.
• To understand how visitors use this site, so we can improve it.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the tools and services on this site:

• GoHighLevel (our CRM) receives your email and, where you’ve provided them, your first name and business name, plus — for the Business Scorecard — your aggregate score, stage, per-pillar scores, and your industry/primary-challenge answers if provided. GoHighLevel does not receive your raw, question-by-question assessment answers.
• Anthropic generates the optional, AI-written “Stone Analysis” summary on your Business Scorecard results. Only your aggregate pillar scores, overall score, stage, and (if provided) industry and primary challenge are sent to Anthropic for this — never your name, email, business name, or your raw individual answers.
• Booking and demo tools: scheduling a call and viewing the CEO Scoreboard demo are provided through embedded third-party tools (a GoHighLevel scheduling widget, and a separate CEO Scoreboard demo application), which may load their own content from their own domains when you interact with them.
• Standard hosting and analytics providers, solely to operate and measure this website.

Email and marketing communications

Signing up for “Written in Stone” is opt-in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you submit any other form on this site, a member of our team may follow up with you about Stone Strategies’ services. You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to update or delete your information, at any time by emailing ops@stonestrategiesco.com.

Data retention

We keep contact and lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, operate our business relationship with you, and meet our legitimate business and legal needs, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly. You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing ops@stonestrategiesco.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under applicable law; contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through this site (for example, our GoHighLevel and Anthropic API credentials are kept server-side and never exposed to your browser). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes.
