What we build

KPI Dashboards & Reporting

KPI dashboards and reporting means defining the handful of numbers that actually tell you whether the business is winning, connecting the sources, and keeping the score current every month. It replaces the monthly scramble to assemble a report by hand with a dashboard that’s already current when you want to look at it.

Signs you need this

If this is the pain point, you already know it:

  • Can’t trust the report.Let’s fix it.
  • No single place to see if the week went well.Let’s build one.
What’s included

KPI dashboards and reporting usually covers:

  • CEO ScoreboardA KPI dashboard for business owners, built around the handful of numbers that actually define winning for your business.
  • Financial reportingThe numbers finance already has, connected and presented so they’re usable without a translator.
  • KPI + goal trackingThe operational metrics tied directly to the goals you’ve actually set.
  • Sales reportingPipeline and revenue visibility that doesn’t require someone manually compiling it.
  • Monthly management reportsThe recurring pack that turns raw numbers into a monthly Winning Review.

The goal isn’t more dashboards — it’s fewer, trustworthy numbers that everyone agrees are the real score.

We work in the tools you already use: your CRM, accounting software, project management and automation platforms. If something genuinely needs replacing, we’ll tell you why.

How it works within Stonework

If you’re not sure the number in front of you is right, or you’re assembling it by hand every month, that’s the sign. Like everything else, reporting starts on your Ops List. We prioritize it against your goals, put it In Play, and build it. Once it ships, it’s reviewed and updated every month as part of your regular Winning Review — the same rhythm as the rest of your Ops List, not a one-time deliverable that goes stale.

Good reporting depends on good inputs. If your CRM or source systems are themselves a mess, we’ll tell you — sometimes the Scoreboard has to wait on a CRM cleanup first, so the numbers it reports are actually trustworthy.

The Scoreboard is also what prioritizes everything else on your Ops List: once you can see where the business is actually stuck, that becomes the evidence for what gets built next.

Questions
What is a CEO Scoreboard, exactly?
A KPI dashboard for business owners — the handful of numbers that tell you whether the business is actually winning, in one place, updated every month.
Do we need new software for this?
No. We build from the tools you already use. We only recommend new software when your current stack genuinely can’t support the reporting you need.
How often is it updated?
Scoreboard data stays current (updated weekly); we review it with you monthly in the Winning Review.
What if our data is a mess right now?
That’s common. Trustworthy reporting sometimes has to wait on a CRM or systems cleanup first — we’ll tell you if that’s the case before building a Scoreboard on top of bad data.
Who actually looks at the Scoreboard with us?
Our team reviews it with you in your Monthly Winning Review.
Can the Scoreboard change as our goals change?
Yes. It’s built around your current goals, not a fixed template, so it gets revisited as the business and what you’re tracking toward evolve.
